    hello i am listing this BRAND NEW Bell disc brake lock for motorcycles or scooters. this lock locks through your disc brakes to deter theft and is called "The Warden".  TRUST IN NAMEBRAND QUALITY RATHER THAN AFTERMARKET JUNK. i paid over for this and am never going to use it on my bike.  this item is BRAND NEW IN THE PACKAGE and SEALED. it comes with 2 keys, a red stretch cord and a small protective case for when not in use.  even though this item is sealed and was always kept in a climate controlled enviroment the clear packaging is starting to turn a little wee bit yellow. this does not affect the usability of the items inside. i am only stating this to be honest.
    this item is rather heavy and WELL over the 13 ounce threshold that the USPS sets for shipping costs. any items over 13 ounces start to cost alot more money to ship them out through the USPS
