Hot Cold Treatment Instructions
Hot Therapy
Remove the cover before heating.
If your microwave is 700 watt, microwave it for 30 sec. If 1000 watt, microwave it for 20 sec.
If the heat pack is not warm enough after the 1st heating period, heat it for additional increments of 5-10 seconds.
You can also heat the pack by immersing in hot water.
Cold Therapy
Place the breast bead ice packs in freezer for 3 to 4 hours
For repeat use, cool the breast pads in freezer for 30 minutes.
