NH Moose Antler Horn Shed Craft Art

Moose Shed Antler. This is a nice medium-sized shed antler from northern New Hampshire.  The antler was naturally shed before my dog and I found it in a remote high elevation portion of the White Mountain National Forest.   The antler is in pretty good condition compared to most; has just a barely noticeable bit of chewing on the tip of one point.  Most antlers this age are chewed significantly more than this.  The face of the antler is a little bleached from sitting in the sun, but the back has good color.  It could be stained, as well, if desired.
I don't sell all my antlers.  This is one I have been keeping because of its better condition.  I hate to part with it, but times are tough and I could use the extra money.  This would make a great and unique gift for someone special.
Moose antlers make for great cabin, camp, lodge or man cave decoration.  They can also be painted or carved into fine art or signs or incorporated into taxidermy, crafts, or furniture.  They are also a popular choice as chew toys or training toys for dogs.
Mice, squirrels, porcupines, coyotes, foxes, and bears will chew shed antlers while they lay in the woods.
All my antlers for sale have been found by myself and/or my dog in the big woods of Northern NH.  Every year I put in several weeks of time and several hundred miles of hiking through the mountains to find them.  It is getting harder and harder every year. The moose population here has fallen drastically due to winter tick infestation.  Who knows how long moose will still be around in New Hampshire, so get the antlers while you still can!
